- Which files can I upload?
- JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF up to 15 MB per image. Very large images are downscaled server-side to the maximum the AI model accepts (4096×4096) before processing.
- Do I need an account?
- Free utilities (resize, crop, compress, convert, rotate) work without an account and nothing is stored. AI tools need a free account so we can track credits and keep your results in your private history.
- What do Live, Free and Coming soon mean?
- Live tools run through our AI provider right now and cost credits. Free tools run on our own servers and never cost credits. Coming soon tools are on the roadmap; we never fake a result or return your original image as if it were processed.
- How long do you keep my images?
- Anonymous free-utility runs are processed in memory and not stored. For logged-in runs, inputs and results live in private storage and are deleted automatically after your plan's retention period (7 days on Free, up to 180 days on Studio). You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
- Are my images used to train AI?
- No. Your images are used only to produce your result. Our processing provider is contractually bound to the same rule.
- Is there a watermark?
- No. Never, on any plan including Free.
- Why did I get charged when the result looks wrong?
- Credits are charged only when a tool completes successfully. If the output is not what you expected, try adjusting settings and re-running; if you believe a tool malfunctioned, contact us with the job id from your history and we'll review it.
- Can I use AetherArt on my phone?
- Yes. The whole studio is responsive and works in mobile browsers, including drag-free upload and paste.
- Do you have an API?
- Not yet. API access is on the roadmap — see the API access page to register interest.
