Terms of Service

AetherArt AI provides browser-based image tools. Some tools use third-party AI models operated by processing partners on our behalf; others run entirely on our own servers. Each tool page states its current status (Live, Free or Coming soon), its cost in credits, and its input limits. We may add, change or retire tools at any time.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one free account. Creating multiple accounts to collect welcome credits is not permitted and may lead to suspension.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Service, or present a security or legal risk. Where practical we will tell you why.

• AI tools consume credits. The cost is shown before you run a tool and is fixed by us, not by the client.
• Credits are deducted only when a run completes successfully. Failed runs are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period while the subscription is active. Pack credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes apply from your next billing period after notice.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as described in the Refund Policy or required by law.

• You keep all rights to images you upload (“Inputs”) and to the results we generate for you (“Outputs”), subject to any rights of third parties in the Inputs.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process Inputs and Outputs solely to provide the Service to you, including transmission to our processing partners.
• We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train machine-learning models and we require the same of our processing partners.
• Outputs are retained for the period stated for your plan and then deleted. You are responsible for downloading anything you want to keep.

You may not use the Service to:

• process images you do not have the right to use, including other people's likenesses without permission;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses or defames a real person;
• remove watermarks or protective marks from content you do not own;
• build deceptive content intended to mislead about real events or people;
• probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, or circumvent credit or rate limits.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

Free and Starter plans are for personal, non-commercial use. Pro and Studio include a licence to use Outputs commercially. In all cases you remain responsible for the rights in your Inputs.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or reasons beyond our control. Tools marked “Coming soon” are not available and we make no commitment about when or whether they launch.

AI results can be imperfect and should be reviewed before use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licences already exercised, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
