Refund Policy

If a tool fails for any reason — a provider error, a timeout, an image the model cannot handle — the credits are returned to your balance automatically and immediately. You will see a matching “Refund” line in your credit activity.

AI output can vary. Credits are not refunded because a result is not to your taste, but if you believe a tool malfunctioned (for example, it returned an unchanged image), contact us with the job id within 14 days and we will review and re-credit where appropriate.

• Cancel any time from Plan & billing. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 10 percent of that period's credits, we will refund the payment in full on request.
• Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period's credits have been used.

Packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used. Partially used packs are not refundable.

If you were charged twice or did not intend to purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Email ask@aetherartai.com from your account email with the invoice number or job id. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Statutory rights in your country are unaffected.
